Prepare your skin by gently cleansing it with water, using a cleanser if necessary. Apply a sufficient amount of the cream with massaging movements, pointing sideways and upwards. For prolonged sun exposure during the day, apply an additional amount to previously cleansed skin.

After use, return the protector from the jar to its place.
